This organizations have an obligation to maintain information the existence against various risks accidents, whether intentional or unintentional. With possibility risk in form disaster which threatening disruptive event, can cause loss organizational data so management needed control it. The progress technology development made means assist recovery plans tertiary institutions. Disaster Recovery Plan strategic step restore system due impact disasters, both natural non-natural disasters. (DRP) set documents defines every activity, action, procedure must be carried out related recovery, continuing delayed business processes short time save existing assets. research was conducted using ISO / IEC 24763: 2008 standard. results obtained are Risk Recapitulation Based on Literature, then severity detection levels through FMEA analysis assessed at 1-10, with RTO RPO obtained.
